Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026.

1. The service

msfortifiedroofing.com is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group. The site is a marketing and lead generation service: it publishes information about FORTIFIED and metal roofing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and connects homeowners with independent licensed roofing contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a contractor, does not perform roofing, evaluation, or construction work, and does not supervise, employ, or control any contractor.

2. Your agreement is with the contractor

Any estimate, contract, schedule, workmanship, warranty, or dispute relating to roofing work is strictly between you and the contractor you hire. Using this site creates no contractor-client relationship with Compass Camper LLC.

3. No warranty

The service and all site content are provided as is. We do not warrant the work of any contractor, the outcome of any grant application, the amount of any insurance discount, or that any contractor will contact you or offer a quote. Grant, insurance, code, and pricing information is published with citations to primary sources and reflects those sources as of the date stamped; programs and rules change, and you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the issuing authority.

4. Verify credentials yourself

Mississippi contractor licenses can be verified through the Mississippi State Board of Contractors at search.msboc.us, and IBHS FORTIFIED credentials through fortifiedhome.org. We encourage you to run both checks before signing any roofing contract.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discard any submission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of the site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of any contractor.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute not subject to another mandatory forum will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the revised terms. Questions: compassleadgroup@gmail.com.
