Who we share it with

When you submit a request, your information is shared with an independent licensed roofing contractor serving your area so they can contact you about your project. We also use third-party service providers to run the site, including Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery) and Web3Forms (form processing). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated marketing lists.

Consent to be contacted

Our forms include an optional consent checkbox authorizing Compass Camper LLC and a roofing contractor to contact you by phone, prerecorded message, or text at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of using the service or of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed during any call.

Retention

We retain inquiry and consent records for at least five years, consistent with federal telemarketing recordkeeping guidance, then delete or anonymize them on a rolling basis unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
